1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Arkshot ("the Company") and the client ("the Client"). This agreement supersedes all prior understandings or agreements. Any modification to this contract shall only be effective if mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date, time, and services of Arkshot. This fee must be paid in advance.

2.2 The Client has 7 days from the payment of the booking fee to cancel, after which any payments made are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing.

2.3 Rescheduled events are subject to Arkshot's availability.

3. Photography and Videography

3.1 The Client acknowledges their familiarity with Arkshot's style and grants the Company creative control.

3.2 A detailed plan for the event must be provided to ensure all key moments are captured. Specific requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event.

3.3 Arkshot will have precedence over other service providers at the event. The Company is not liable for issues beyond its control, such as weather conditions, poor lighting, or interference from third parties.

3.4 Any abusive behavior from event guests may result in service termination.

4. Delivery and Revisions

4.1 Delivery of media is targeted within 3 weeks post-event, subject to delays during peak seasons.

4.2 The Client must communicate any desired changes within 3 weeks of receiving the media, charged at £45 per hour.

4.3 After final copies are sent, no further changes are permitted.

5. Storage of Content

5.1 Three weeks after delivery, it will be assumed the Client is satisfied. All media will then be deleted, and no further changes or charges will apply.

5.2 The Client is responsible for storing their content.

6. Ownership and Usage

6.1 Arkshot retains the right to use any media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the Client.

6.2 All media remains the property of Arkshot. The Client may not sell any media without written consent from Arkshot. Credit must be given to Arkshot when media is used.

7. Attendance and Substitution

7.1 In unlikely events like illness or unforeseen circumstances, Arkshot reserves the right to appoint a substitute company.

7.2 In cases of delays caused by factors like traffic or weather, Arkshot will compensate for the lost time.

8. Travel and Additional Expenses

8.1 Travel expenses are charged at £0.45 per mile from the base location.

8.2 For travel exceeding 60 minutes, the Client is responsible for providing accommodation.

8.3 The Client will reimburse any congestion, toll charges, and parking expenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Arkshot is not liable for loss or damage to media due to equipment malfunction, processing errors, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

9.2 If certain photography/videography techniques are restricted during the event, the Client acknowledges potential impacts on the quality of the media.

10. Agreement By engaging the services of Arkshot, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
